Nominations must include the name and contact information for the candidate, a biography underscoring the candidate’s service on behalf of Polonia or Poland, and include examples substantiating that service.

The Parade Committee will examine the nominations based on the rules and regulations and will select three (3) finalists.

Each of the three finalists as well as one representative of the organization nominating them will meet privately with the Parade Committee for a personal, 10 minute interview and presentation.

The Parade Committee will select a Grand Marshal and two Vice Marshals in a secret ballot.

The Parade Committee will announce its decision at an open Parade meeting (27 March 2014 ZKP).

The decision of the Parade Committee is final and not eligible for appeal.
